Customer data is shared only with the merchant team, authorised support personnel, and service providers involved in delivering the portal and its related financial services. Access is limited by account, tenant, and role boundaries, and may be logged for security and audit purposes.
4. Your choices and support
You can review and update certain details through the portal, and you should contact your merchant or support team if a record is wrong or if you want help understanding a transfer or privacy request. The portal may retain records where needed for audit, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
